Request for Transfer Credit

  • IMPORTANT!

    • A maximum of 75 credits from two-year colleges can be applied to your degree requirements. A maximum of 90 credits total can be applied to your degree requirements (a combination of two-year and four-year colleges/non-college sources such as AP, IB, CLEP).

    • While transfer grades can replace grades earned at Brockport to satisfy minimum grade requirements, the transfer grade will not affect your overall Brockport GPA.

    • Please be sure to have an official transcript(s) sent to Brockport from the transfer institution if not already requested.

  • DIRECTIONS
    1. Student requesting transfer credit completes and submits this form.
    2. Upon submission, the form is routed to appropriate advisement coordinator for review.
    3. Student will be notified by email if transfer credit is awarded.
    4. Allow up to 7 days for review.
