This form is for current Brockport students who would like existing transfer credit from their degree audit (Degree Works) reevaluated. Current students may also use this form to see how courses not already transferred to the University may be evaluated. Faculty and staff wishing to update a credit equivalency may complete the Faculty/Staff Transfer Credit Update form. *Please Note: For Undergraduate Students ONLY - Graduate credit requests will not be processed. Please reach out to Graduate Studies if you have credits you would like evaluated for your graduate degree.
