LENS Check Verification

In order to drive a vehicle owned by SUNY Brockport, you must be "LENS Valid". To have a LENS check performed on your DMV record, you must fill out the form at https://forms.brockport.edu/view.php?id=4810355.

Defensive Driving course

Drivers under 25 must take DMV-approved defensive driving course and file proof of this with the office of Environmental Health and Safety. Eligible courses may be found at https://dmv.ny.gov/tickets/point-insurance-reduction-program.
I am 25 or older (course not required) I have taken an approved course and emailed the certificate to egregory@brockport.edu.
