SUNY Brockport Travel Support Application to SURC 2026

Every student presenting/co-presenting at SURC Central 2026 needs to complete this mach form to apply for the Brockport SURC Travel Fellowship.

DUE by February 22, 2026

We are pleased to announce that the Provost's office will be supporting a students with accepted projects for presentation to attend in person the 2026 SURC (SUNY Undergraduate Research Conference). We will organize the travel to SURC Central at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse on Friday, April 24, 2026. We will leave early in the morning and return the same day. Note that if you wish to attend SURC West on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Fredonia, NY, you are on your own organizing your travel.

The university will fund the registration fee and organize transportation travel and covering these costs as well. In order to apply for a fellowship, you must be enrolled in the Spring 2026 semester.

The presenting students must agree to and sign the SURC 2026 Commitment Statement.

NOTES: Submitting this form does not register you for the SURC conference. This application is ONLY for the Brockport SURC Travel Fellowship. Before or after submitting this mach form, students must submit their abstract to SURC. Abstract submissions to SURC are also due by February 22.

SURC 2025 did not allow co-presenters. If you were planning on co-presenting, reconsider preparing separate presentations and submit each an abstract.

Upon abstract acceptance notice by SURC, please hold off registering and paying for the conference. We might be able to collectively register all presenters.
