About this Form:

Registering your SUNY Brockport social media account allows University Communications to include your account in the University’s Social Media Directory and ensures we can provide account managers with important updates, resources, and guidelines.

Social media onboarding registration will take place throughout the 2026–2027 Academic Year. Beginning in the Fall 2027 semester, annual registration will be required to confirm account administrators and identify any account updates.

Please note that official SUNY Brockport accounts will not engage with, follow, or repost content from accounts that have not been registered through University Communications.
Registering Social Media Managers

For faculty or staff-led accounts, the registration must include:

• 2 faculty or staff members responsible for their maintenance in case 1 person is no longer employed with SUNY Brockport

For student-led or student-managed accounts, the registration must include both:

• 1 designated student account manager

• 1 SUNY Brockport employee (faculty or staff member) who serves as the organization's advisor or employee contact
