Please complete this form to rent a storage locker in the Seymour College Union. You must complete this form in full before you start using a locker. Failure to reserve your locker will result in the removal of your lock and/or belongings from the locker.

The lockers in the Seymour College Union are available for use by current SUNY Brockport only. All locker users be enrolled in at least one class through SUNY Brockport. Lockers may only be reserved for the current academic year.

Union locker rentals are managed by the Office of Student Union, Leadership, & Activities (SULA). For questions or assistance during business hours, please come to Union 203. For questions or assistance after business hours or on weekends, please contact the Union Manager at (585) 202-0917.
