Transfer Out Request

For Students Who Plan to Transfer Their F-1 FROM SUNY Brockport to a New U.S. College/University

When you have determined that you will be leaving SUNY Brockport to attend another US institution, it is a federal SEVIS requirement that the ISS release your SEVIS record to the institution you designate.

To have your Brockport SEVIS record released, you must first notify the ISS of your final decision to transfer by completing this form.

After receiving your completed form, ISS will update your SEVIS record as a “transfer out” by indicating the release date and the college to which you will transfer.

Once this the transfer is completed, you will receive an email notifying you of this.
