Your Degree Works Degree Audit

A Degree Audit in Degree Works is a review of completed and outstanding requirements necessary to complete a degree. You will need to reference your degree audit in order to complete this form and for when you meet with your advisor.

How to access Degree Works (DW):

1. 1. Go to Web Banner (Brockportal).
2. 2. Log in with your Brockport email and your password.
3. 3. Click on “Student Services”
4. 4. Click on “Student Records”
5. 5. Click on “Academic Record”

How to create a PDF of your Degree Audit:

1. 1. In Degree Works, select the "Worksheets" tab.
2. 2. Click on the printer icon on the upper right of the Worksheets page.
3. 3. The "Choose Dimensions" window opens. Click on the blue button labeled "Open PDF".
4. 4. Click on the printer icon in the upper right.
5. 5. Set the "Destination" to “Save as PDF”.
6. 6. Click on the "Save" button.

Holds

SUNY policy mandates that a hold be applied to any student account wherein an outstanding account balance exists.

How to verify your student account is in good standing:

1. Go to Web Banner (Brockportal).
2. Log in with your NetID and password.
3. Click on "Student Services".
4. Select "Student Records".
5. Select the "View Holds" option.

NOTE! Your Student Account holds restrict you from receiving registration privileges.
