About this Form
A project request form must be submitted by departments seeking to renovate or modify a space or area (including outdoor areas) or install equipment with a utility connection (water, power, electric, natural gas). Only projects with funding should be submitted.
We encourage submission of project request forms as far in advance as possible to increase the likelihood that the project can be completed by the proposed deadline in cases where the project must be awarded to an external contractor for completion.
