SUNY Brockport students may use this form to request an official transcript to be sent to the Center of Global Education and Engagement for the purpose of studying abroad.
This form cannot be used to request a transcript to be sent to the student, an employer, or any other requesting party.
Students and alumni that need an official transcript to be sent somewhere other than the Global Education Office, must order through Transcripts Plus
