When your request is ready for approval, check the "Save my Progress" box below and enter the email of your DEPARTMENT HEAD OR CHAIR (not your email). Once approved by that person, it will automatically forward to the following for approval: Division Vice President and ITS Director. You will receive notification of final approval or denial.
