REOC Student Daily Symptom Checker

The safety of the Rochester EOC (REOC) campus and community is a priority. REOC is following guidance from the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Therefore, REOC requires that all students complete this Daily Symptom Checker no less than two hours prior to coming to REOC on ALL days they are required to physically attend class at 161 Chestnut Street or at any clinical or internship site.
