Braille Request

For safety and accessibility reasons, Braille must be provided on signage across campus, including temporary signage (ex. paper sign that says, "ring bell for service," or "line starts here").

1) Complete the MachForm Braille Request
2) SAS will interoffice you the requested Braille
3) SAS will provide directions on how to hang the Braille

    *Due to high quantities of signage, we are only placing Braille on signs that direct the pedestrian traffic flow (not public service announcements like, "wear a mask" or "wash hands" as that information is provided to our braille users electronically).

  • Our typical response time, per braille request, is 3 days depending on the scope of the request.
    *bulk orders, depending on the quantity, may be delayed due to order fulfillment
