Please complete this application to be considered for one of our facilitating coding teachers stipends from our NSF grant. Stipends as high as $500.00/year, depending on the number of students who submit all the required student App development products.

*Facilitating teachers recruiting at least 10 students who eventually submit all the required coding products are eligible for a minimum $200.00 stipend. Teachers recruiting >40 students are eligible for up to a $500.00 stipend.

I am interested in becoming a facilitating teacher for the Brockport Coding Academy. I do not need any coding skills and my actual responsibilities will be minimal and mainly aimed at recruiting students to participate in the App development platform and training Brockport will provide.

I understand the teacher expectations in the invitational Flyer I am confident I can recruit interested students.
We view our coding tutorials as an educational resource that is monitored by the facilitating STEM teacher and expect applicants to obtain any necessary permissions. *

NOTE: we will be inviting top APP developing students to our summer 2019 Summer Academy Challenge where students will share their best APPS/products with each other. *
